Spur of the moment trip to Orcas island. We didn’t see any killer whales but there were deer everywhere we looked! This island had a cute downtown with great food; Alpaca farm we got to explore; and the most amazing views of the Salish sea. We could totally imagine living the slow PNW island life here and having each other all to ourselves. 💕
Lake sunsets are double amazing! Going up Mt. Constitution
A view upon views upon viewsAll day every day with my Love Foods local to this island Amalin and her Grandpa Me Preggos at 28 weeks. My tummy’s getting uncomfortably round! Looking for tadpoles Collecting baby pine cones The Alpaca farm we visited Petted the soft chin of Alpacas, met the cow, sheep and donkeys. Feed some chicken and got to take some fresh eggs for breakfast. The kids loved it! Ferry ride views were so pretty. Looking for orcas but didn’t see any. Orcas island is just a 1 hour drive then 1 hour ferry ride from Kirkland. So lucky to be able to call it a staycation ❤️❤️ These 2 are the best of friends
